About the Role
We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, beautiful digital experiences that make healthcare information more accessible and actionable. You'll design platforms, apps, and tools that connect patients, healthcare professionals, and innovators—creating interfaces that simplify complexity and drive meaningful engagement.

What You'll Do

- Research & Discover  Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions

- Collaborate Cross-Functionally  Partner with strategists, developers, medical writers, and clients to bring concepts to life

- Build Design Systems  Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries

- Champion Accessibility  Ensure all designs meet WCAG standards and serve diverse user needs

- Iterate & Optimize  Use data and feedback to continuously improve user experiences

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of UI/UX design experience (healthcare/pharma/life sciences experience a plus)

- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and problem-solving

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools

- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems

- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
